A family is helped through the horrors of modern life by the bunch of idiotic creatures they inherit at the bottom of their garden. The Rogers and the Rottentrolls is a continuing live action-comedy drama puppet series about a family who suddenly discover their recent rural relocation has made them neighbours to a gang of wacky creatures in a remote valley. Unashamedly knockabout in tone, the essence of each episode analyses Britain Now through the lens of the Rottentroll creatures, who have absolutely no idea about modern life in Britain. Yet their journeys make sense of things that might seem otherwise bonkers.
